I ordered online and it messed up two times. So I went to this store and examined to them. They were extremely busy. The guy understood what Happened and made sure he would get my pizza out right away The women who rung me up gave me a major discount because of the internets inconvenience. She was very nice and I got my pizza for very cheap. Needless to say. They made my 3 pies In 10 minutes. The delivery orders were taking over an hour. I was very very pleased with how fast they made mine. I am a very happy costumer and recommend this location of papa johns.

Did order online and it stated 20-30 minutes. However, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Called to find out where pizza was and manager apologized and said they would make it right on our next order. Called 2 weeks later to place order and a different manager was rude and wanted to argue with me. They refused to honor what was already promised to us. I called the corporate number to complain, in which I had to leave a message to have someone contact me about this so we could come to a resolution. I am yet to receive that call and that was 7 days ago. We have been loyal and long term customers and are beyond disappointed with the lack of service and will now solely be using their competition.

The worst experience ever, ordered online and got a complete different order, then come to find out they just gave me anything because they were out of stock.. Nevermind that the pizza was under cooked..

Horrible service. Always a 2 hour wait for delivery, I even have to wait when I pick up. Orders always have to be checked to see if correct. I still get pizza from here though because well...pizza.

Order here occasionally. Pizza is always on time and hot. Driver's are very friendly and nice. Only complaint is on two occasions I ordered a 2 liter drink online with my pizza and the driver's did not bring it with the delivery. Luckily they made up for it by going back to the location and making it right. Would definitely recommend this over other pizza delivery in the North Charleston area.

My office decided to have a last minute pizza luncheon and I called this Papa Johns for the pizza order. Well, I called the order in for 50 people and they had no problem taking or filling the order. Pizza was picked up at the time promised with no issues. The pizza was a hit in the office. Great Job!

This place sucks, PERIOD. I complained about awful service, and incorrect food delivered. I don't eat peppers or chicken wings, so why did I get them. Cooperate gave me a coupon to use.......it could only be used when ordering online.....after 35 minutes I called about the pizza. "We don't Check the printer" the associate said. My response was "in the commercial y'all praise the online order issue". No response. This was almost a year ago........... Two weeks ago I tried again. Ordered my pizza and waited...waited a little longer....then called. "I'm checking on the status of my pizza" I said. "It's coming out RIGHT NOW SO IT'LL BE FRESH FOR YOU" said the employee, with much pride in his voice. "I ordered the pizza almost an hour ago" I replied. I received silence....then "I can give you a soda" was the response. I miss Atlanta, their Papa franchises were Grrrreat!

enough is enough. i've had a few issues with this place (not the chain as a whole, but just the location) before. and today i'm over it. so, in the past i've had numerous problems with shoddy customer service, employees with an attitude (including a manager) unreasonable delivery times (estimated 20-30 and took over an hour) and crappy quality pie. (most notably a pizza with hardly any cheese, when i ordered the 6 cheese specialty pie..) this place blows goats. today i ordered with a compensatory gift certificate from corporate since they screwed up so bad last time, ordered online, was quoted 30-40 minute delivery.. after more than an hour and a half i finally called the location. while i was on the phone with the manager the driver showed up. had my pizza, but it was room temp after being stuck in her car for probably 80 minutes. i'm done.

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times" wrote Charles Dickens in his illustrious work, A Tale of Two Cities. While Papa John's may not have been founded for another 125 years after Dickens wrote his oft-cited novel, the opening line still can still be applicable to Papa John's. Why does the opening line of A Tale of Two Cities apply to Papa John's? Simply because when you eat Papa John's, you do indeed think as you are eating it that it is simultaneously both the best of times and the worst of times. How can that be so Tristan? you ask. Well let me explain. Papa John's is good pizza (hence the best of times). I do not find myself gagging while eating it. Moreover, it always comes out hot. However, Papa John's is only considered good pizza in the sense that the circumference of the earth is a long distance. When compared to real pizza, Papa John's is some of the worst you can get. When compared to the size of the Milky Way Galaxy, the circumference of the earth is miniscule. Each time I pass a Papa John's delivery vehicle, a little piece of me dies inside. The pizza is just absolutely horrific when you compare it to real pizza that is not made on some oven that has rollers (That should be an immediate turnoff). In order to bake a real pizza, you need a brick lined oven and you need it to be seasoned- neither of which a roller oven can provide. Papa John's does have some creative pizzas, but when it comes down to it, what are you looking for in a pizza? You are looking for good cheese. The cheese of Papa John's is laughable- it just wreaks of being mass produced. It just doesn't taste like fresh mozzarella. The sauce is just not good either. They over-spice it. And why do they over-spice it? Why do advertising agencies airbrush models? To mask imperfections! Lastly the dough has nothing special to it. Again it just tastes like mass produced breading. The thing about real pizza shops is that everything is fresh and is made with the heart of the pizza shelf. The only thing that Papa John's is concerned about is churning out pizza after pizza. When I bite into a piece of pizza, I expect a slight frisson. I do not get that while eating Papa John's- I just feel disappointment. Going back to the best of times, if you had the three big joints open and had no alternative choice, Papa John's is your best bet. However if you have real pizza shops by you, order from them otherwise you are setting yourself up for disappointment. I will also note that for this particular location, they don't really have the whole pick-up thing squared away. They are never ready or are very confused the few times I have ordered here.
